Intros are starters, also called appetizers or hors d’oeuvres. This food or drink is a first course meant to stimulate the appetite before a main meal.
At DKS Catering we offer an extensive assortment of starters. These appetizers can be stationary (on a table) or passed on trays by servers as part of a butler-style service (often referred to as butlered hors d’oeuvres).
