A highly experienced Food Service Professional with forty plus years of accomplishments in Health Care-CCRC, On and Off Premises Catering, Business Dining, College Feeding, Hotels and Restaurants. Tennyson graduated from the Barbados Hotel School with certificates in Culinary Arts and Pastry.

Tennyson enjoys cooking, herbalism and vacationing in the Caribbean, especially Barbados.

He has a fondness for his wife Donna and their four-legged family members Lucy Lu and Ziggy.
