Kenneth (Kenny) Davis, a recently retired New York City Transit Manager with decades of service, brings a wealth of experience in people and corporate management to his role as partner with DKS Catering.  Kenny also has seven years of restaurant experience as an Employee, Supervisor and Manager.

A New York City native, born in Brooklyn and later raised in Harlem,  Kenny attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY on a basketball grant and later transferred to The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

With a long-term career of serving in the Department of Homeless Services, Alisa Davis brings a culture of caring, problem solving and supervisory experience to the team at DKS Catering. She attended Virginia State College before completing her studies and graduating from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry New York. It is there that she met her husband Kenny. Born in Harlem and raised in the Bronx, she enjoys traveling, going to the movies and loves Jazz and gospel music.

Kenneth and Alisa have made their home in the South Jersey area since 2002.
